300.810 Employee Benefits - Paid - Computation

      1.   Full-time employees shall have the maximum amount of all approved employee benefits paid by the District.

      2.   Part-time employees, who work 20 hr/wk or more shall receive paid employee benefits computed at the ratio of hours worked to those required for full-time employment.  Part time employees may allocated the amount that the District would provide for the three programs (medical, dental, and vision) to any one or two of the programs.  Part time employees who enroll in Washington State's Basic Health may present their payment coupons and the District will reimburse them for their monthly premium not to exceed the amount that the District would have paid for their pro-rated premium with the District's medical insurance provider.
