700.010 Policy Statement
It has been and will continue to be the policy of the Stevens County Rural Library District to provide equal opportunity to all applicants for employment and all employees to administer all personnel practices such as recruitment, hiring, promotions, training, discipline, and privileges of employment in a manner which does not discriminate on te basis of race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, or age (except where sex or age is a bona fide occupational qualification as defined by the Washington State Human Rights Commission), marital status, disability, or availability for service in the armed forces of the United States.
