"Well, I received the wheel the next day after you left & I got it all unloaded by Thursday noon. I just got the papers from the recorder's office last Friday. I got our agreement from Branson and I have signed them both and I will send you one copy by this mail to sign. You can sign and return to me and I will forward you the other copy as soon as received. I do this in case anything should happen to the mail or you would not get it, then we would still have one left to refer to & you could sign it when you come back.
