The following article from the Spokesman Review was also put in the brochure:
"An important indication of the growing popularity of Loon Lake is the erection of many new cottages. Mr. Morgan, who owns about 200 acres of land around the lake, and who has done much of what has been done to make the lake attractive for visitors, has this year arranged to give 10-year leases of parts of his property with the understanding that cottages of substantial character be erected on them. This is being taken advantage of by quite a number of city people. Several new cottages were built this year, and already many are planned for next. It is said that these will be of a more elaborate kind than any yet built."
