"These lands lie between Loon Lake and Deer Lake, which bodies of water are about three miles and a half apart. Deer Lake, from which this company takes its water supply, has a surface area of about 1,400 acres, and is fed by streams and springs with a water shed of about 10,000 acres. These lands are comparatively level and are irrigated by a gravity system, with the exception of about 175 acres, which will be irrigated by a pumping plant with a maximum raise not to exceed 30 feet.
