"The main canal has been completed and has a maximum carrying capacity of approximately 50 cubic feet of water per second of time. It is probably one of the most compact and simplest irrigation systems in the western country and can be operated at a nominal expense, as there are no flumes or chances for breaks or slides in the main canal.
