Morgan Park History Program

Publicity photos were numerous on this venture and Evan Morgan was proud to be a part of this. In this photo he shows off the large potatoes grown on Loon Lake Irrigation land. They sold the land for $125 to $150 per acre which included the irrigation system. Their stationery boasted of irrigating 3,000 acres between Deer and Loon Lakes.
