Emma's daughter, MarGwen, would follow in her footsteps and become a teacher. Her first job was at Deer Park Elementary. She's in this picture, second from the left in the third row back. Joan Easley says she was a really good teacher...tough, but good. MarGwen would move to the Spokane valley where she taught English and also directed the school plays until her retirement.
